    If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order and refund you in full.

    Payments are securely processed via trusted third-party payment gateways (e.g. PayFast, PayGate, Yoco).
    Orders will not be shipped until full payment has been received and cleared.

    YUNE currently delivers nationwide in South Africa using trusted courier partners.
    Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days for major cities and up to 5 business days for outlying areas.

  1. Returns and Exchanges
    Due to the nature of our products (personal cosmetic use), we do not accept returns on used or opened items for hygiene reasons.
    However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@yune.co.za for assistance.

Items approved for return must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
